Directional signage specific for your event may be available/permitted, please discuss with the event coordinator.

Decorations - You may place decorations in the facilities designated for your use only and only during the day of your event. Hunting Hill Mansion is a unique, historic property, and as such, all decorations must be free-standing or limited to tables. Nothing may be attached to any vertical surface by any means. All candles must be enclosed, or set securely upon drip guards. At the end of your event, you are responsible for any damages as the result of the decorations. The event coordinator reserves the right to determine decoration appropriateness.

Garbage: All garbage generated by the event must be placed in garbage containers provided by the park. DO NOT remove garbage bags from containers.

Overtime: Use of facility begins at 10 a.m. and the premises must be vacated and cleaned-up by 10 p.m. There will be an additional, pro-rated fee of $500 charged for every hour beyond these times. This fee may be invoiced or subtracted from your Security Deposit.

Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted without express permission of the park manager and an Alcoholic Beverage Privilege Agreement has been read and signed. (Bureau of State Parks Rules and Regulations 11.209 (b)(2))

Abandoned Property: Ridley Creek State Park is not responsible for any items lost or stolen. Items remaining after the event are the responsibility of the event Sponsor, including, but not limited to, Sponsor-contracted rental equipment, and will be handled by park staff as abandoned property. A fee of $1,000/day will be assessed and the property stored in an unsecured location until such time as it can be removed from the park property.

Pets: Pets are not permitted inside any park building. Service animals are permitted within the facilities accessible by the public.

Smoking: As the Hunting Hill Mansion is a public building, Pennsylvania law prohibits smoking indoors. Please limit the use of any tobacco products to outside all park buildings. Receptacles are provided at many entrances for the safe disposal of all tobacco paraphernalia.

Acts of Nature: Sponsor agrees that the park cannot control, and will not assume responsibility for, the weather, other acts of nature and power outages. The park agrees to make a reasonable effort to inform the Sponsor of effects on services and make reasonable arrangements on the premises for the safety of your guests.
